Advanced Leadership Development Program
Interested in taking the next step?
The ALDP (previously Springboard) is a program of the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle that trains a select group of emerging Jewish leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to advance into significant leadership roles within the Jewish community. It is an 8 month program that meets 1-2 evenings per month for educational lectures, workshops, and social gatherings. Participants have the chance to meet and engage with other emerging leaders and learn from some of the most prominent leaders, philanthropists and educators in our community. Upon graduation we work to place participants on a committee or board with a Jewish organization that best meets their interests and needs. The goal of the program is for participants to gain tangible and transferable knowledge, valuable connections and resources, and engage in thoughtful discussions that will enable them to be successful leaders in the Jewish community.
The ALDP is completely free, but is a significant undertaking that requires commitment and dedication by the participant. Upon graduation, you will be fully prepared to take on a confident leadership role in both the Jewish and secular communities for life.
This year's ALDP course is scheduled to begin Fall 2017.
